Klasso Fc from Soshanguve hosted Ga-Rankuwa's Titans Fc in the SAB Regional league encounter in Soshanguve Block L at Philip Stadium recently.

The fast paced action packed match started with the visitors making their intentions clear from the first whistle as they dominated proceedings. Titans Fc could have taken the lead 15 minutes into the match through Ofentse Mametse after rounding Klasso Fc keeper, the youngster was denied by the upright.

From there it was all one-way traffic in favor of Titans Fc and they first opened the scoring in the 35th minutes through Tshiamo Keetse who slotted home from Ofentse Mametse's cross. Titans Fc made it 2 nil up 5 minutes later when Ofentse Mametse's shot resulted in a penalty to Titans Fc and Samson Manganyi converted from the spot kick to extend Titans Fc's lead to 2-0.

However Klasso Fc pulled one back just before half time break when Klapi Nkuna showed some lovely skill to set up Rodney Mbambo who found the back of the net with ease.

The match went into the half time break with Titans leading Klasso Fc by 2 goals to 1.

Klasso Fc came back organised and created lots of chances in the second stanza. Klapi Nkuna made it 2-2 with a wonderful free kick 20 minutes into the second half. Piet Makgobati volleyed his shot into the top corner to extend Klasso Fc's lead to 3-2.

The home side continued to pile pressure on Titans Fc and they were awarded a free kick with 5 minutes remaining on the clock and Shakira Moonwe whipped it in the box to find Klapi Nkuna who completed his brace with a diving header to make the score 4-2 to Klasso Fc. Titans Fc then pulled one back through Gomotsegang Seemise with just seconds left on the clock.

The match ended with Klasso Fc beating Titans Fc 4-3.

Klasso Fc coach and player Klapi Nkuna praised his boys saying that they showed great mental strength to come back from 2-0 to win the match.

"Credit must go to the boys for working so hard and never giving up. I am proud of their dedication," said Nkuna.

The visibly disappointed Titans coach Molefe Molapo rued missed chances and lack of fitness from his players, adding that: "In football if you don't utilize your chances, you will be punished and that is what happened to us today. We will learn from this and rectify".
